We are 4 1/2 miles from downtown Mentone, perched on the edge of Lookout Mountain of Alabama. Bella Vista was at one time part of a motor court and has an incredible sunset view!
 Beautifully furnished with a living area/kitchen combo with dishwasher, full size fridge and stove, microwave, bar , separate dining for 6, and queen sleeper in the living. Sun "living" porch with satellite TV with another queen sleeper. 2 bedrooms, one with extra comfy king bed plus daybed for young child. The other has two twin beds and satellite TV. Enjoy 2 full size bathrooms, one walk in shower, and washer/dryer for your use. Wifi is now available!
Enjoy the view while sitting around the outdoor fireplace. This home accommodates couples, families or friends time together. Bella Vista is close to downtown shopping, Desoto Falls, Desoto State Park and other attractions..

We provide coffee, sugar, filters, all linens/towels, blow dryer.

INSTRUCTIONS TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARD:
First verify your dates are available thru agent.
Read through the numbered option items below.
Enter your preferred dates in the box provided, number of adults and children in your group, and responsible party's cell number.
Find the arrow in the "drop down" box and click to choose your option.
Now see the "Paypal, the safer, easier way" button, click on this button and an invoice will be created and opens, enter # of nights your want to pay now in the appropiate box.
You must click "update cart" before proceeding.
If you are staying only one weekday night, then click "continue shopping" and choose that from the drop down box. It automatically will add to your already created invoice.
If finished, then click "proceed to checkout" to finish and pay.
Just follow instructions on your personal invoice. Continue until you see "payment sent".
NOTE:Only 1/2 of nights are due at time of reservation. Balance nights/items are due one week before your arrival date. You may come back to this page and pay your balance at that time.

2.Friday, Saturday OR holiday nights for $149.00.

RENTAL RULES

Two night minimum required.

We only rent to adults 21 years or older.
We are a non-smoking home. If you must smoke, we provide an ashtray on the outside porch. Properly dispose of all cigarette and cigar butts. Home owners are very allergic so please be considerate. You will be charged a damage fee of $100 if discovered you have smoked inside.


We allow 'some' pets. Please consult with rental agent for further information.

Check-in is 4:00 pm central and check-out is 11:00 noon. Earlier check-in and check-out times may be available...just ask:)

Our policy requires a 50% deposit of total amount to confirm. The balance to be paid in full no later than one week before arrival date.

$149.00 for Friday and Saturday nights and holidays, inc lodging taxes.
$129.00 for Sunday -Thursday excluding holidays, including lodging taxes.
Weekly rate of $850.00 + $50 clean fee.


CANCELATION POLICY : FULL REFUND of deposit  if cancelation is 7 days or more prior to check-in.  If less than 7 days, no refund of deposit unless a similar booking is made, then full deposit refund.
